In addition, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) was updated to level II,. In addition, the earlier n-octyl phthalate (DNOP) has been classified as Class I chemicals. These eight chemicals will be restricted to use as a plasticizer. Other phthalates are classified as Class 4 substances toxic chemicals.
